Andrew offers comprehensive industry wide experience at senior level for over 20 years, initiating and supporting major change, business transformation, closure and off-shoring throughout UK, Ireland, Europe and Africa.

A dynamic and tough minded leader primarily in manufacturing, service and venture capital sectors. Skilful expertise in engaging, developing and coaching executives and managers to become effective leaders during wide ranging change and re-engineering programmes, introducing new technology and processes both within and outside the UK while ensuring continued support from staff and colleagues.
