We are a small personal group who support businesses in executive coaching, leadership and management development throughout change, growth, restructure, downsizing, redundancy and closure. Support and one to one opportunities to discuss future prospects with an impartial advisor who has operated at senior management and director level and has been through the process themselves.
What is Outplacement?
Outplacement is the term used to describe this coaching and support given to assist people through the often difficult period which has resulted in redundancy.This is paid for by the former employer as part of their commitment to your future.
Outplacement can help people who are either considering voluntary redundancy, or compulsory redundancy, to help discuss and consider what to do next.
